Welcome. You're safe here.

This page is for you, to tell you what to expect, and to remind you that you matter here.

Coming to stay with us?

Moving somewhere new is a big deal. Here's what you can expect from us.

Your space

You'll have your own room that you can make your own, your photos, your things, your way.

The people

Adults who actually listen, take you seriously, and show up, every day. You won't be a problem to be managed. You're a person to be understood.

Your say

This is your life and your plan. We'll listen to what you want for your future and build things around you. We do this with you, not to you.

The everyday

Home-cooked meals, support with school or college, fun stuff and new experiences, and someone there if you feel scared, upset or overwhelmed.

Some things you might be wondering

What will my room be like?

Yours. You can decorate it and make it feel like your space.

Can I bring my own things?

Yes, clothes, photos, anything safe that helps you feel comfortable.

Will I go to school or college?

Yes, we'll support you with school, college, training or another kind of learning that suits you.

Can I see my family and friends?

If it's safe and part of your plan, we'll help you stay in contact with the people who matter to you.

What if I feel upset or want to complain?

You can talk to any of us, any time. You can also talk to an independent person, and you can complain without anything bad happening, we'll always take it seriously.
