Our offer

Emergency & stabilisation
A prompt response, a safe, structured placement when a young person is in crisis.
Solo, family-style homes
One young person per home; consistent, individualised, relationship-based care.
Trauma-informed therapeutic support
A high-structure, high-nurture model. Therapeutic input per the home's model.
Experienced with high risk
CCE/CSE, going missing, self-harm, placement breakdown, DoLS.

Who we support

Young people aged 12-17 (subject to assessment) who may present with trauma, disrupted attachments and complex, intersecting needs, including those other services have found "too complex." We assess every referral individually and are honest about what we can safely meet.

The referral process

  1. Initial referral, contact us with summary information about the young person.
  2. Information review, care plan, risk assessments, health, education, placement history.
  3. Matching assessment, compatibility against the home's ethos, environment and current capacity.
  4. Planned or emergency admission, transition visits where possible; emergency with safeguards confirmed.
  5. Admission & review, care planning and risk assessment in place, with formal review at 72 hours, 28 days and ongoing.

What we ask for

Recent assessments & chronology · risk assessments (CCE/CSE, missing, self-harm, mental health) · care plan & any DoLS requirements · behaviour-support needs · EHCP (if applicable) · education information · current multi-agency involvement and safeguarding considerations.
