Every come-up needs solid ground.

The name carries our whole approach: the come-up is the rise, and 44 is the number of foundations, stability, protection, building something that lasts. A young person can't rise until they have solid ground to stand on. So that's where we start.

How we work

Many of the young people we support arrive after instability, trauma and repeated placement breakdown. Our care rests on three pillars, safety, stability and genuine care, delivered through a high-structure, high-nurture, trauma-informed model. We understand behaviour as communication, respond with empathy and consistency rather than punishment, and keep our homes small and family-style so every young person is truly seen.
